By purchasing from or using our Site, you (“the buyer,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Coldaccs is a UK-operated digital services provider offering aged social media accounts for lawful business use. We prioritize transparency, responsible use, and good-faith resolution of customer concerns.
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You will use our services for lawful purposes only
Coldaccs sells aged social media accounts intended for lawful business use.
Coldaccs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or any other platform. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Buyers acknowledge that:
Use of aged accounts involves inherent risk
Platform enforcement actions are outside of Coldaccs’ control
Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
All prices and transactions are processed in EUR
Buyers are responsible for any applicable payment processing fees
All sales are final
No monetary refunds are provided once an account has been delivered
Coldaccs provides replacements instead of refunds, subject to the following conditions:
Account credentials do not work at the time of delivery
The buyer follows all setup and usage instructions provided
The issue is reported within a reasonable timeframe
Account details have not been modified within the first 3 days
Replacements are not provided for bans, restrictions, or loss of access caused by misuse, automation abuse, IP/proxy issues, or failure to follow instructions.
Accounts are delivered instantly when available or within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
Delivery is completed via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, depending on buyer preference
Delivery is considered complete once credentials are provided to the buyer
Upon delivery, the buyer receives access to the account.
Buyers agree to:
Avoid modifying account details for at least 3 days after delivery
Follow all provided usage and setup instructions
Use the account responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
Coldaccs is not responsible for issues caused by buyer actions after delivery.
Coldaccs is committed to resolving customer concerns fairly and in good faith.
If you experience an issue:
You agree to contact Coldaccs first so we can attempt to resolve it directly
Most issues can be resolved quickly through cooperation and clarification
If a dispute or chargeback is initiated:
Coldaccs will cooperate fully with the payment processor
We may submit accurate transaction records, proof of delivery, and communication history to ensure a fair outcome
Repeated or abusive disputes may result in refusal of future service
Nothing in these Terms limits a buyer’s legal rights under applicable law.
Accounts purchased from Coldaccs may not be used for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or scams
Gambling-related content
Sexually explicit content
Promotion or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances
Coldaccs reserves the right to refuse service where misuse is identified.
Coldaccs does not guarantee:
Account lifespan
Future accessibility
Platform approval or immunity from enforcement actions
Buyers understand that:
Social media platforms may restrict or ban accounts at their discretion
Account performance depends heavily on buyer usage patterns
Coldaccs is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or platform enforcement actions beyond our control.
Accounts may not be resold, transferred, shared, or redistributed
Modifying account credentials within the first 3 days voids replacement eligibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coldaccs’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
